“decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they……

“It takes a long time to drain the wash basin in the bathroom. Dishes did return to the place after washed. Stat 3 nights but without any clearing services is not acceptable.”

“Zurich is hot during my stay, the room has no air-condition but only one small fan provided. We can't sleep well during the night. When I requested one more fan, the apartment said CHP 50 is needed. Too expensive....!”
