“下午check in时以为可以休息，结果是没有遮阳的小屋，里头简直就是烘烤炉。后来要求下加了一把小风扇，开了风扇本想减低五尺小屋里的热度，结果风扇出故障弄得满屋烧焦味。和柜台接洽后她们还要我们将就打开天窗把烧焦味散发掉，我们坚决换房后才不情愿的换了隔壁小屋。晚上蚊子多，屋子里头闷热，被逼开天窗忍受蚊子叮咬，折腾到凌晨两点才睡下。结果早上八点外头就一大班大妈大声谈天，吵得无法再睡，只好匆匆洗漱check out. 若大家是身高五尺以上的坚决不能住在chalet house,五尺身高的我们都觉得拥挤了。这趟住宿经验真的非常不舒服，还要收整百块，非常不值，连个茶包都不舍得给。仅此一次，下不光顾。唯一可取之处应该是位置很好”

“The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!”

“1. Difficult during registration - need to wait nearly 30 min before the owner came to open the room. 2. Hard to find - the signage is too blurry and difficult to read 3. A lot of ants in the bed even though we clean it up. Really discomfort. 4. No soap provided. However, after making the complaint, they sent it in 15 min. 5. Quite far from city centre and nothing at the surrounding 6. Be careful of speedy car, truck etc. Quite a busy road to cross. 7. This is not hotel. Pls dont list this……

“Pretty good stay here. Price seemed pretty fair for a private room, particularly with the breakfast included. Nice having a 24-hour restaurant out front. ”
