“This hotel is the most terrible hotel I have been before. The carpet is dirty and smell bad. The bath room smell very horrible. ”

“The stay was great, a lot of stores near by within walking distance. The only thing we were really bummed about and felt cheated out of money was the pool was open for Memorial Day weekend. I called previously before booking and they said it would be open that weekend and it was not. So we paid that money for no pool and the kids were bummed. I wish they refunded us something for it because it was false advertising and false confirmation.”

“Room was just fine, had all the conveniences i look for - coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Food nearby. Room was clean. Hotel was much better than i thought it would be after seeing some reviews. I thought it was pretty nice and i am picky. Though i forget to tell them the hairdryer didn't work.”

“The breakfast was hot and had several options like pancakes, biscuits & gravy, eggs/sausage and other items that were quicker like toast and bagels. The pool doesn't have a hottub, which was a little disappointing, but it was also freezing in the pool. The water was incredibly cold, even though it was indoors. The staff and service were excellent though! We were able to get into our room as soon as we checked in and the process was very easy. ”

“Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location! My family enjoyed the breakfast options, it was well stocked and a variety of options. The hotel was within walking distance of Main Street St. Charles and an easy drive into St. Louis. Rooms were clean and my kids loved the indoor pool. Our only small complaint was that the WiFi in our room did not work well and we didn’t have great cell service but the WiFi worked fine in the lobby and breakfast area, so not a huge issue but might be if……

“Bare bones motel. No breakfasts, fruits or even coffee. Price reflects that. Room was clean, kinda modern. So if you just need a place to stay, sleep, this is it.”
