“The people are very nice and the view was beautiful. We had a waterfront room. The onky issue is the bathroom is very outdated and the grout/shower shows it. I can look past it because its clean but others may not.”

“My family and i stayed at this property during Memorial day weekend. The rooms are amazing!! very clean and spacious. the pool was very nice, and they had live music and drinks. we had an issue during check-in where my card was accidentally charged twice, but the staff was very responsive and were able to issue me a refund upon my return. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone, we are actually looking to book for labor day..”

“So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay.”

“Very nice historic district property. There is a common area patio and covered breeze way for breakfast and sitting area. Room was spaciouse and comfortable. Only negative is be sure to check under the futon for sheets and lankets before the stay leaves at 6:00 PM. Ours only had extra pillows so we had to use the sheet off the queen bed. Also, Duval street is a 8 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car parked at the property and walk and bike taxi everywhere we wanted to go.”

“I thought right off for the cost of the use of the room I leased for my 1 week stay was adequate and served my needs.. I found in my discovery of the local area that you did not have to spend a large bit of money to eat at 1 of the local area restaurants every night, because a short walk up the street is a great little market that has some pretty good hot meals instead of eating out..! You will find a nice pool to relax in and in your room you should find a small fridge large enough to hold all……

“It was a nice place to stay. Close enoigh to Key West to drive and spend the day. Close to a beach to drive and stay for the day. Live music was good Friday night. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”
