“I chose this property for a basketball tournament for my son because it listed laundry, but the washer looked horrible and the dryer was broken. Sadly I had to use the sink and dry on the heater. Also we only had 1 facetowel, front desk was out as well. Was offered another dry towel nut declined. I would stay agaon.”

“The only things that were bad about this hotel, was that there was a broken window in our hallway, and the pool was not in service, but it is only May in Buffalo, so most wouldn’t be using the outdoor pool ”

Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……
