“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”
