“It is amazing how you get the sense of a true retreat when you got on the jetty. The villa are well maintained, clean, and unique in their design. The beach is magical all day long. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. My kids loved it and will surely go visit again.”

“The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again.”

“Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the……

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……

“因為不知道是過境旅館，就訂了。也不知道過境旅館在機場內部，一定要飛機check in 、掛完行李，安檢後才能入住！ 而且，飛機check in 是起飛3小時以前才可以辦理！這使我們打算11/24晚上入住，休息至11/25晚上搭機回台北的計畫發生意外！ 11/24晚上我們被擋在出境大廳，因無法辦理航空公司check in與出境安檢，而發生無法入住的窘境！ 那天還好航空公司在確認我們有旅館的booking後，特許我們提早辦理航空公司check in ,才讓我們順利入住。 飯店的接待與硬體設施都很不錯，但如果事先知道它必須先完成出境手續才可入住，我便不會選擇這樣的旅館了。”

“The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. ”
