“This property has existed since the 1800s. The rooms are cute and quaint, and they are very clean. There is an outdoor patio and gazebo area so you can enjoy the views of the river and the town of Galena from a peaceful perch. It is a PERFECT location for getting around. Main Street is a block away, so we walked there every day of our trip to shop and eat. The river is also a block away, so you can rent canoes/kayaks, rent bikes, walk the trails along the river, or simply sit and enjoy the……

“Saw this place on hotel.com and thought I’d give it a whirl. It sits in a beautiful small town called Belleview.IA with lots of parks and access to the river and tons of shops and diners just a short walk away. Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. The property was super clean and offers an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the lock and damn. My only bummer was the property is not in……

“Overall, I would recommend Longhollow Suite 1321. A few things future guests should know: 1) This studio is located inside a Wyndham property called WorldMark, but it is managed/rented by Rosebud Rentals. If you have an issue with the studio while staying there, you have to call Rosebud Rentals for assistance, not the front desk of the property. 2) The valley view from the window/balcony is lovely. 3) The bed was not great. It sounded and felt like we were sleeping on a semi-deflated air……

“Great place for a weekend stay. The screened in porch was perfect in the evenings. Easy to find location and parking lot is level with the 2nd floor, so no stairs needed to access the condo. ”
