"Pleasant experience."

"Overall it was a fabulous experience the only thing which held it back was cleanliness. For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."

"Pleasant stay with waterfront view. Walking distance to CN tower, aquarium, and restaurants. Lots of people walking and exercising on the waterfront so felt safe walking around. Nothing fancy in terms of amenities, but was clean and comfortable, and staff was nice and helpful. "

"The rooms are tiny (although the deluxe King is okay, the size of a regular room anywhere else), but the price is good for downtown and it is incredibly conveniently located, right on the subway and walkable to Union Station, the conference centre, Rogers Centre, etc. Be prepared for a dark room with a view of a brick wall though."

"All staff there were very friendly. We’re told the room was upgraded, but condition was ok. One of the chair at the table was worn out on surface and stained my shirt… But other than that, nice service and convenient location."

"This is first time to stay at college property. This property was Very nice and clean. But there is no hair dryer and coffee maker as well. But distillery district is very close from this hotel."

"Had a good stay overall. A bit of difficulty getting the check-in instructions. I think all that info should be made available 12 hours before you check in. Parking is NOT included in the fee, and I believe the Expedia listing suggests that it is. You can find garage parking nearby however."

"Wonderful location and great view of part of the city. Easy place to get to and nice all around. Loved the small kitchen. Did not like the fold out couch. We got the room because it advertised a second bed. It was a futon couch that was horribly uncomfortable. Made for two nights of bad sleep. "

"Great place for the price! You don't have access to the property amenities though which is unfortunate. Also, the place is pretty dark, not that much light coming in due to the position of the condo, but overall it's very well located and the property has everything you need for your stay."
