"Great place to stay. Excellent service. Beautiful room. Quiet place. The only downside is the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a little unnerving to walk around that area but maybe we just aren’t used to areas like that in Toronto."
"Incredibly attentive staff that was their for our whole stay. Cannot say enough good things about them. The room was fantastic and the whole hotel had a great vibe"
"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "
"Staff was really friendly. Except the woman who worked in the gift shop. We spent a few hundred dollars in the gift shop and she wanted us to bag our own purchases because she wanted to help the next customer. Very unprofessional. "

"Overall it was a fabulous experience the only thing which held it back was cleanliness. For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."
