“Garage Parking was exorbitant. This grandeur hotel also did not have a microwave in my room. To go the mezzanine floor to use a rather small microwave is simply ludacris. ”

“The hotel is highly recommended; I had a very spacious room on the top floor, a true suite. All the services are wonderful. You get a ticket for a complimentary drink at the bar, the restaurant has a pleasant menu, and breakfast is varied with options like eggs prepared in different ways on the spot. The reception staff is wonderful, especially the lady who speaks Spanish. The area is very residential and quiet. I am very happy and grateful.”

“The bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put things. My toiletry bag can only be placed on the toilet seat. The water in the basin is either very cold or boiling. The bathing area is outrageous. The shower head is terrible and the water flow is small. Moreover, the bathing area does not have an enclosed bathtub or steps. As soon as I took a shower, water flowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and my shoes were soaked. The bed was very bad, and the pillows were uncomfortable and……

“When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. I took many photos, and I didn't dare to sleep all night. Not only that, the sheets were stained when I checked in. It was disgusting. Hilton was chosen in the hope that brand supervision would at least be reassuring in terms of hygiene. I'm so disappointed with this stay”

“This hotel was great, the room was clean and accommodating for my dog. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. My only complaint, if I had to have one, the shower head was outdated but it was clean. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and their brunch is really good (not included in your stay and only on Saturday and Sunday)”
