“水上樂園的滑水梯很刺激，它的水池水深110cm, 適合高過130cm的人玩. 有多個不同水深的水池。也有沙灘池，記得帶沙灘玩具。酒店有三間商店，有小童遊戲機，Advanture zone 是大型室内遊樂園，酒店客人MY25, 要着長袖衫褲及襪，戓可以在現場買。”

“Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. When we came back at night, it was not fixed yet. I had to request again at the front desk. Finally a guy came and fixed it just in a few minutes. I requested to change the beddings for the kid on the……

“I stayed 4 nights this time. For the first night, the air conditioning is malfunction so that the room temperature is cold (20.5 degree C) for the whole night even I set it to 26.0 degree C on the air conditioning control panel. The panel can show the setting value of 26.0 degree C but the setting value does not work. Next morning, I went 1st floor and told service counter about this. They sent a technician / service guy to my room. He checked my setting showing 26.0 degree C so he said the air……

“飯店能時時觀看訂房需求並且給予協助（因為我住宿當天凌晨才訂房）。房間打開兩個最大行李箱是沒問題的。房間燈光充足明亮、房間內很清潔、隔音好、行李員笑容可掬，飯店還備很多免費的飲料及小零食，讓我們有渡假的幸福感。離皇后購物廣場走路兩三分鐘可到，吃飯購物非常方便。唯一缺點是雙人床翻身會影響另一個人，淺眠的建議訂兩小床的。我們另一間兩小床的床單都有血跡，感覺不好。除兩項缺點外，其他都滿分！”

“I was recommended by my husband who visited this hotel a few times when he was a kid. He told me that the breakfast buffet, swimming pool and beach are hard to miss. Finally we can visit Penang and stay in this hotel and indeed it remains true today! The Javana lounge allows us to relax and enjoy a few glasses of cocktails (with some board games ready for us to enjoy.) Additional bonus is the spa service in late afternoon! We shall choose Parkroyal Hotel again when we visit Penang in the near……
