“Location is great and convenient. Within walking distance to shopping malls and market. Hotel services are good. Buffet breakfast offers lots varieties of food. Spa services are excellent with good prices. The only problem is the design of the shower stall. It has half glass panel only which resulted water spill all over the washroom after shower. Need improvement definitely. ”

“The bed (sheets, pillows, etc.) was the cleanest of all the hotels I've stayed at. I usually find that the pillows are slightly old and have a bit of an unpleasant smell, but this was brand new and had a nice smell, so I slept well. I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who provided fruits and knives for peeling. I was also impressed by the handwritten welcome letter, which I never expected to receive. “We have a lot of elderly, children and girls in our family. The hotel is close to the embassy and school. It is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the border point on foot. There are many cafes nearby which are also very beautiful.”

“我選擇有陽台的房間，是個我非常喜歡的空間，一進房就有香香氣味、美好的音樂迎接我，當然還有期待已久的陽光。從進大門開始，接待就很用心，等待的時候還會奉上茶水點心，離開時還特地為我搬行李，服務滿分！意外的是，早餐還不錯，但下午茶居然非常用心（原以為只是幾包餅乾和飲料機），每天都有小小的不一樣，真是非常感動！（鬆餅的奶霜真是超級好吃）房務人員整理房間非常用心，樓上泳池也很舒適，無論日夜都很能放鬆。唯一小小的缺點，是我房間805（不確定是不是只有我）的水龍頭才有如此的狀況：熱水彷彿有密碼一樣，要非常小心的調整，才能得到我想要的水溫。兩個晚上過去，我還是沒有找到解開密碼的關鍵，總是會先被燙一下。不過因為一切都太美好了，我還是願意給他很高的分數，很希望再回到那個可愛的小房間裡。對了，地點也不錯，畢竟在第一區，去哪裡都很方便。”

“地點便利，距離主要景點走路5-10分鐘以內，櫃檯人員樂情好客、飯店周遭生活機能方便，離餐廳河岸第一郡的主要景點，都在10分鐘以內。飯店房間裝潢風格比較傳統，但是房間空間寬敞跟地點方便大勝，尤其是帶長輩出門，他們特別滿意！”
