"Hotel hosted a free happy hour each day that was very welcoming. One restaurant onsite with limited options so we preferred to walk to local spots. Gave 4 stars only because hotel seemed pretty dated. I would still consider staying there again due to the friendly staff and the convenient location."

"The customer service was excellent. I asked if they know where I can get hot water and they gave me kettle. Also the place is very clean and near every shopping center. The parking is bit expensive, about $50 a night but understandable since we stayed in the city. "

We had a few appetizers and drinks in the evening at the restaurant and it was all very well served and delicious. The breakfast was not worth the price, in my opinion, nonetheless it was appetizing. "The property was a great location. Valet or public parking available. Was not aware of additional fee collected at hotel when checking in, but the accommodations were great. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport and convenient. It has a shuttle service to and from the hotel so we didn’t have to rent a car. The location was nice and had a partial bay view. The Thai chicken wings were very good. One caveat, when eating at the restaurant, be sure to check the bill as they sometimes add an automatic service fee (tip) to the bill. It was added to our breakfast bill but not the dinner bill."
