“还不错的酒店 就是比较倒霉的是我们入住当天下午酒店居然停电 到夜里三点多才来电…我的房间居然有蚂蚁 预定的房间是可以看到葡萄🍇园的 可以忘出去就是黄土一片 很多工人在搭建葡萄园…住了三晚总体还是不错的 酒店的确有自己的葡萄园 可以走过去逛逛 房间也算舒适 卫生间很大 停车方便 吃东西去超市还有坐wine train都是开车十分钟内的路程…”

“It is located in central Napa. Hotel staff upgraded room for us and we are very appreciated.”

“The management of this hotel is appalling. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent……

“I really like this hotel! It’s very comfortable and nice. But hope they can improve soundproofing, I stayed at E106 which I can hear about people shut the door pretty loud. ”

“This hotel provides modern convenient comfort. Water should be free or at least 2 bottles. The food can use a more gourmet touch. Use more fresh ingredients not frozen or processed. The staff was friendly and available to accommodate. I enjoyed my stay.”

“设施非常陈旧。卫生间的淋浴水要放很久才有热水，而且水量不足。酒店整体水平离五星級相差甚远。应该不会再次选择这里。”
