“The room is clean and good ventilation, but without toothpaste and toothbrush. There are many choice on TV channel and also can connect to Netflix and Youtube, however, the WiFi connection in room is poor.”

“Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing with great views on the 40th floor. Bathrooms are very large with every convenience known to man. Staff gets a 10/10 and huge thumbs up. Valet worked great. When I called down to get my car, within 15 minutes I would get a text saying the car was downstairs. Hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in Miami. I will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great stay”

“We were unable to stay at this property and the person at the door would not us in. The person I spoke to by phone insisted someone(unidentified) sent me an email saying there was no vacancy. There was no email and I prepaid for two nights. We had to find another place at 1:30 am. Glad we had rented a car.”

“Booking my accomidation via "Hotels.com", I was not expecting the nightmare I would encounter during my trip to Miami. Since I booked in a rush I failed to read previous reviews, which would have had me come with diffrent expectations. The "Icon Brickel" is actuallhy the "Vicory Residences" next to the Vicory Hotel, as it is not marked with the right name, the cab driver dropped me off a few doors down. The Vicory Hotel front desk staff send me to the condiminum sales center, tjey send me to yet……
