“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator……

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”

“Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!”

“- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over. - SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed. - LOCATION: Great location, walking distance……

“Although the property itself was good, communication was not. I wanted to pick up my keys 15 minutes early. I messaged Matteo multiple times about this, and got no response. This caused a lot of needless stress!”
