“Great property, amazing staff and services, great restaurants. Only complaint was that everything was shut down by 11 and one bar open till 12. ”

The butler staff (Alex and Eladio) was AMAZING and very attentive. The only mediocre part of the stay were the cocktails. The best option was the smokey margaritas prepared by Hector. Would definitely stay here again!”

“If you have children this is the place for you! The swim up bar closed a little early in my opinion but other than that it was nice. The food was good and if you needed something restocked in your mini bar in your room they were very fast. Room service was great! ”

“The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne).
