“Que están frente al mar. No me gustó que parece un laberinto”

“The Hotel was beautiful, rooms were very spacious, clean, and, decorated nicely, staff was great, for the most part…however one of the cooks, in the middle food station at the main lobby pool, was always annoyed anytime guest tried to order food. He would also not come out of the kitchen or acknowledge guest standing there waiting to give their orders until he felt like it (which was very off putting). Additionally, I would have loved it if the pools didn’t close at 6pm (that was way too early),……

“Loved the swim out room. Everything was very nice, however a bit disappointing that the beach was covered in seaweed. ”

“Overall, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food options were decent, and there was always something to suit our taste preferences. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, followed by the Italian restaurant and the buffet. However, we were disappointed with the American Bistro as the food lacked basic flavors and many of the main courses were fried in a deep fryer. We advise avoiding the lobby counter that sells day trips in Cancun, as……

“Hotel transportation was so expensive, our flight was delayed and we tried to reschedule transportation but the didn’t help saying that we have should reschedule 24 hours in advance. The room have big bath tub which is taking big space of the room size. Other than that everything was perfecto 😁 ”
