“To my recent stay at the Atlantis, the Imperial club and room was fantastic, highly recommend if you are traveling to Dubai, it would be absolutely worth to spend two nights with this masterpiece! Besides the hardware is marvelous, the service was spot on as well. Iresha with the Imperial club was the a STAR! we have a nice chat and warm welcome when checking in and she listen a lot when I'm complaining with the experience in NOBU. “This is a great hotel to stay if you are planning to visit the older parts of Dubai. Close to the Gold Souq metro station, to go anywhere from Dubai Airport to Dubai mall. Many restaurants within a couple of stations. View from the top floor is fantastic.”

“1. Before even arriving at the hotel, I received an email from the hotel to pay extra for upgrade of the room breakfast, and early check-in. However, the price for early check-in costs the same as booking an extra night prior. 2. When I arrive at 8am for luggage drop-off, they asked me to pay extra again for upgrades and early check-in, although I made it clear that I won't be returning until the evening. 3. My reservation is for 3 adults, and with confirmation that there will be 3 beds.……

“Allowed late checkout to 2pm. Gave me an upgrade to suite. Very good to them. The breakfast only soso...does not have many choices. Overall very good experience. ”

“The hotel location is great with the beach nearby and many options of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful with good services. The only thing that happened, is the hotel didn't mention there would be noise from the construction works during the stay period. The noise start at 11:00 in the morning, just woke me up of a sudden and i think is just above my room. At last, the front office managed to give us a new room which will be far away from the noise.. But still, it surprises me……
