"Generally a pleasant resort to b recommend. On a side issue, I booked for a two-night stay but found that the place is quite deserted during this period. I got approval from the hotel to change my booking for one night stay but charged me for two nights. The hotel said that Expedia would refund me the other booking fees. But till today no notice of refund has been activated. Can I request for an answer please? Thank you"

"I like that coffee shop with the treats when you're not looking for a big meal during travels. There is also a close by Mall that you can go too if you're just wanting to walk around if you're not visiting places of interests."

Their facilities were great and they have various activities that kept us company during the trip, we truly enjoy the sunset and sunrise yoga session with ChaCha. "If you go to Kuala Lumpur, you must stay at this hotel!!! Walkable to KLCC Suria mall through the convention centre & tunnel. You don’t have to go out!! Unobstructed view of the Petronas tower and it’s just beautiful!!! Very friendly staff and super clean!!! "

"1. Saw a snake at gym entrance 2. Have more varieties of pastries / cakes / non alcoholic drinks at the pelangi bar beachfront for everyone to enjoy 3. To have electric scooters for rentals 4. Pelangi grill area was too hot during our seafood dinner.. no aircon as it was open air n no wind 5. Overall pleasant stay 4.9 stars! "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
