“I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get ”

“We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend.……

“The water pressure is very low. Can not enjoy shower comfortably ”

“Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.”

“Très bel hôtel, proposant de belles vues depuis les chambres (que ce soit sur le Palace ou côté mer). L’hôtel est calme, il y est agréable d’y flâner ou encore d’y boire un verre. Le personnel est très attentionné, très discret. La salle de gym est très bien équipée, avec des machines de musculation de haute qualité et des poids libres, des espaces cardio / étirement. Notre seul regret : ne pas y avoir séjourné plus longtemps ! ”

“員工們非常親切友善，不管櫃台，餐廳,泳池都很友善。 早餐選項多，不過晚餐選項相對少很多。早餐的麵中有一塊玉米筍似乎壞了，其他都不錯。晚餐除了選項少，服務也不如早上好,可能是服務人員較少。兒童座椅多數壞了，經常要換好幾個才能用。 房間備品稍少，可能要另外要，不過我們有自行準備。 兒童遊戲間因為疫情而關閉，稍微失望。 游泳池非常漂亮，也有兒童戲池與戲水區，相當棒。”

“预订的两间房分开了8层楼，而且都是尾房，更莫名其妙的是无烟房内有烟灰缸还有明显的烟味，跟服务台反映问题后也没有任何回复。淋浴水小而且温度很低。非常不满意。”
