“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The hotel was amazing. Great facilities for the family including swimming pools, spa, buffets, pool snack/bar. We booked all inclusive option which had great options and food and beverages (including beers and wines). Inside the hotel, there are souvenir shop, mini market, slot machine games & billiards, theater and outdoor facilities (climbing, tennis, basketball, football, golf & volley court Entertainment Activities every day to entertain kids and adults. Also two a la carte restaurants……

“Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. ”

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, des lits confortables et le confort de la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas. La piscine chauffée à 28 degrés un grand luxe et vraiment sympa avec le coin pataugeoire pour les touts petits, les bouées jeux gonflables et protections tout petits mis à disposition. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ……
