"The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices."
