"Eric's guesthouse was so comfortable. Exactly as listed. It was a perfect quiet & out-of-the way spot for me to get away for a long weekend and work on a writing project. There's not a lot of shopping/conveniences around so I advise stocking up on any provisions you'll need ahead of time. Peaceful and gorgeous location. Go for a walk -- the pinecones around there are huge!"

"Everything about this property was so inviting and calming. This one bedroom apartment was so open and welcoming. Loved the backyard area and all the trees and garden area. Still we had privacy and quiet place to walk or sit for coffee. The kitchen was perfect for us too. Really would loved to stay longer... it's just so nice. Exactly what we were looking for what we needed during our time here. Beautiful, Wonderful and so Comfy!!! Thank you!!!!"

"This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls."

"The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Chris’s cabin! It was very large and perfectly located in this little end of a cul-de-sac. Even though there is a hill behind the cabin, I felt very safe having my kids play out front on their own. The view is spectacular, it’s very private and so comfortable. Chris was amazing at communicating all the details about our stay and I had a nice conversation with him before we left to make sure we were all set to go.
