“I did not like that I had to pay for parking after already paying a $400 deposit for a few days stay did not get deposit back because it paid for room service plus, I paid extra $69 it was not explained to me that I would out my deposit I would have paid a different way. I did not like room service overpriced for little amount of food although the pizza was really good and enough. ”

“The room smells bad. There are cockroaches on the table. There are stains on the carpet. The air conditioner is too loud. The vents are filthy, full of dust. The shower switch is old, difficult to operate, and the water temperature is extremely cold. Breakfast is so simple, it is basically a perfunctory customer. The accommodation is very poor”

“There is no standard SOP for the maid. No towel after cleansing the house. I have to ask the front desk for towel but some times, they answer me they do not have any towels right now”

It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me.
