“This place was immaculate and beautiful. Walking distance to everything and such an awesome stay. The sunsets were amazing from the property. I can't tell you how many times I ran out and across the street to the Sea of Cortez just to put my feet in the water and people watch. Yes it was a little loud on Friday night but that's what made it fun and interesting. Who doesn't like a Bob Marley cover band coming from the beer garden behind you? It was like having your own private suite at a concert!……

“40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!”

“This place exceeded all my hopes - beautifully set up with wonderful gardens, pool, hot tub and direct access to the beach. There was everything we needed and more - washer dryer, two bathrooms for fussy teens, ac, a perfect kitchen and extremely comfy beds. Gina and crew made us feel so welcome, and we loved Los Barriles itself. This was a terrific introduction to a part of Mexico we’ve not been in before, but will definitely return to!”

“This was a great place for partying adults. We brought our 6 year old grandson with us and wished we knew beforehand that the pool didn’t have a shallow end. It also needed a few more things like coffee cups, steak knives and garbage bags to be practical for a family. Overall it was a very nice home.”

“We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay……

“This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is super private with a private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and patio. The upstairs patio is a great place to watch the sunrise! I did my morning yoga there and it was so peaceful. The kitchen was stocked well, lots of games/cards, and also BT speakers for use which was great! The nearby town of Los Barriles has everything you need to relax be it grocery, restaurants, rentals, medical, etc. Will 100% be back!”

“A group of friends and couples stayed at Villa Maria and we had a wonderful time. Marilu was a terrific host and was extremely responsive for the duration of our stay. The house was incredible -- note that the pictures online do not do it justice; it was truly the best looking house on the block. The house is close to downtown and also has terrific views of the pacific ocean and sunsets. 5/5 stars is not enough!”

“The casa was perfect and simple for our girls trip! The location couldn't get any better, no issues with walking or taking ubers to the marina and surrounding areas. We felt incredibly safe within the neighborhood with gated security. The private beach with breathtaking views. The casa with private pool was so refreshing. “This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. We were a little disappointed that upon check in we were told that the toilet paper provided was all we would receive and that if we ran out it would be on us only because one of our bathrooms had less than half a roll when we arrived - but we didnt run out so it was a moot point. “The house was fantastic and was the perfect fit for our family trip. The place is only one house back from the beach, so we were out there all the time enjoying the water. We found fantastic snorkeling off the rocks just to the east of the property. The house was as advertised and really comfortable for our group of 5. I would recommend it for any family trip. The property management was very responsive and took care of any issues we had almost immediately (needed more blankets, a broken……

“This home is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The dishwasher works. The BBQ works and the washer and dryer work…contrary to earlier guest comments. The rooms are separated from each other which provides great privacy for adult groups. Our party was in Loreto Bay to golf, fish and lounge by the pools. We had a great time and will be back!”
