“Staff were great. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“Lots of great amenities. Fun in the water slide park, hot tub. Made use of the gym. Would have loved to give the racquetball courts a go if we had more time. Wish the sauna was already hot—takes too long to use ad hoc. ”

“Missed our connection and booked this hotel last minute so we didn’t have to sleep in the Calgary airport overnight. Shuttle pickup was fast and easy, hotel clean and comfortable. WestJet also lost all five pieces of luggage for our family and hotel staff was wonderful getting us toothbrushes, etc. and even raided their lost and found for a few jackets so we could get to a shopping center to buy a few things without freezing. Helpful staff, decent breakfast and convenient shuttle. ”

“因為隔天搭早班機而選擇這家機場附近的飯店，櫃台人員非常親戚，雖然是2.5星但房間內的設備及備品非常齊全，有廚房和洗碗機，如果不想自己煮，隔壁還有一間餐廳，食物很好吃。 這次住宿唯一糟糕的是早上的機場接送，態度奇差無比，站著看我們搬行李，完全沒有協助行李的上下，甚至在機場還罵我們沒有跟他説我們搭乘的航班，雖然他只要往前開到我們搭乘航班就好，我們知道這是飯店無法控制，不過飯店或許可以考慮不要和這家合作。”

“Well, for my family of 6, we find it very clean, comfortable and quiet. We got there vary late in the night, over 2 hrs over the shuttle stopping time but we called front and they were able to send a cab for us,That makes our day. Check in was easy breeze.”
