“酒店位置很好離班芙纜車和班芙小鎮很近 ，可以酒店看起來有點舊，但位置很方便。房間大但浴室很小。餐點普通，早餐沒有特別好吃可以不用特別花錢去吃。工作人員都很友善，酒店也有自己的停車場需付費停車。”

“Within Banff proper city, but a bit of a walk into downtown - less traffic, but not near any shopping. Boutique hotel, very charming, catering to couples, with a woody's motif. The complimentary smores are a nice touch and decent breakfast offering.”

“This hotel was comfortable and was close to lots of dining and shopping. Our room was spacious. The temp in our room was a bit too warm even after turning on the A/C, so was hard to truly get comfortable. ”

“The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance of the downtown area. It also had a convenient parking lot. We really liked the accommodation overall, but the only drawback we encountered was that the drainage in the bathroom shower was not very smooth and water would often pool.”
