“There was hair in the shower and sink. The shower liners looked dirty and much to long and hanging in the dirty water. Trash was left in the downstairs. There was no toilet paper, trash can liners, or soap for the shower. Multiple obvious mouse traps left the feeling there was a mouse problem that we may encounter- which we did not. ”

“We had a great time at the treehouse! There was more than enough room for my family of 5. We all had so much fun. Beautiful view. The only thing that i could say is. There wasnt enough curtains to cover all the windows. They had a sign that said leave door locked for bears (paraphrasing) and my kids were terrified at night. They were worried about bears looking the windows. LOL but thats how kids are. Also, my 4 year old came to the mountains dying to see Bigfoot. And they had Bigfoots height……

“We had a nice stay. The house is beautiful in a beautiful location. The view and deck is gorgeous. We were a bit disappointed that there was a coffee maker with no pot so we couldn’t make coffee. I would have loved to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. The ice maker didn’t work so we had no ice. Dishwasher was broken so we hand washed the dishes which was fine but if the dishwasher is broken it would be nice if there was more than one dish towel and some type of dish rack. The……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised. We had plenty of paths to explore and walking to do. I really appreciated the high-end appliances-love to cook!! Listening to the water flowing outside while sitting near a fire in the fire pit was a perfect way to relax. We will definitely return.”

“Very charming cabin with super comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the hot tub, being close to skiing, nice food in Banner Elk. The deer frolicking around the property were a bonus. The hosts really care about their guests and their beautiful property. Highly recommend.”

“Clean and beautiful. View is $1,000,000 view on its own. 3/2 felt huge for a family of four because there is a downstairs and upstairs living area. Could easily accommodate 8 people. Only thing that wasn't perfect was we had to park at the bottom of driveway cause of snow. Didn't matter for us but it would for people with mobility issues. Great place for a special family getaway. Very good communication and care by owner.”

“Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!”
