“This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. Bellagio was crowded with people so we were glad the property is up the hill away from it all,……

“Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. ”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. ”

“離市中心有一點距離走路約15分鐘,若走左邊階梯會比較快且風景優.雖然訂的湖景房但在二樓都被其他東西擋住視線,浴室略小,沒有冷氣只有電風扇,早餐還可以,有很多甜點”
