“It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. “very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. However, offering enough water to take a shower is also essential. I stayed for 5 nights, but the breakfast is the same every day. if there are some changes, it will be great.”

“Good location in the city. large and clean rooms but kitchen amenities can be improved e.g. cooking ovens with more hot plates, more cutting knives and oven. The parking bays are narrow, suitable for small cars only. It would be more attractive for travelers if free parking is provided. Only TV, no Netflix nor YouTube is available. The taps for shower are rather hard to turn esp. by children. Overall speaking, it is good to stay. ”
