"This property and amenities was perfection for our family vacay! We were able to stay entertained with the pool, the beach, basketball, ping pong, air hockey, kayaking and paddle boarding! The home was clean, great meals were prepared for us, fresh towels daily the team that manages the home made our visit special!"

"We had an absolutely lovely time at Sandpebbles. The house is very clean and right on an ideal bay. While the house was wonderful, the staff there was the real highlight. Dell is a phenomenal cook, asked us what we would like (we went local) and proceeded to make delicous meals. Jav, our Butler, is personable, made fabulous Boat Drinks included Pina Coladas & Daquiris. Gregory took care of the outside and made a really spectacular bonfire and Miriam kept everything spic and span. Our hosts, Jason and Gizelle both stopped by and Jason arranged trips to the Blue Hole, Bio Bay & Discovery Cove. He also arranged In House Massages---best we ever had. You will love a stay at Sandpebbles!"

"Cleveland our driver, security and tour guide for the week was waiting for us in plain site as we arrived at the Montego Bay airport. We stopped on our way to the house for a rum punch and a bit of relaxing. The house was stunning! The gate was opened and we backed right down to reveal our stunning place that would be home for the next week. The staff was waiting to great and assist us out of the van. Samantha, Nigel and of course Tony were all there with huge smiles. Their attention to details we didn’t even know we needed is what set them above any bar that may have been set. The house was immaculate and Samantha really went out of her way thinking of us and our kids (15,15,13,10) all the time. Nigel, acted as “butler”, security, running trainer, and get it done guy. He found someone to bring jet skis right to the dock at the house. He took a few of us to the local market (walking)to do some shopping for Tony. He was waiting for use everyday upon our return with AMAZING piña colada’s that were non alcoholic with a bottle of rum for the adults. The kitchen…. Ordering only local fare, Tony certainly did offer his absolute best. From curried goat, to conch civiché, to ackee and saltfish and of course his famous french toast, our mouths and bodies were nourished with love. The 50 birthday party was above and beyond. ❤️ The ability to seamlessly go from the pool to canon ball into the ocean, perfection. Snorkeling all the time right under the deck was pure magic."

"This is a property you will want to return to each year! Our family of 8 found SunKissed Villa to be perfect. Plenty of room to gather or spread out. Each space unique and with a lovely & tranquil view. Comfortable beds w/nice respite AC in each room. Clean house, beach, pool and pool deck. Walkable gated community where each person felt safe. We made our way to the bar outside the gate for drinks. A perfect spot between OR & MB. Our group did activities together (Glistening waters a must do!) to some apart (distilleries versus waterfalls & ziplining) The difference maker for this property is the staff. Cleveland was friendly and safe driver. He was thoughtful about where he took us and always had great things to share. We also had a great driver in Wayne. He made our excursion so special with added detours to learn about the area and history. Jermaine was a new butler, He greeted us with rum punch and was attentive. Miriam was so sweet and helpful. She took care to clean our rooms, wash and dry a few clothes, and helped to make everyone feel so warm and welcome. -Johnno (a new family friend) there every night & day. He made us feel safe well taken care of... he built the best bonfire. But if you come - come for Amoy. Amoy was more than an amazing chef (have everything she makes!) She knows how to make your visit a delightful and delicious experience. Lastly, thank you to Deana, our wonderful concierge."

"AMAZING! Is the best way to describe our 7 day vacation at Beachnut. The pictures do not do any justice to this property. This 5 bedroom villa is immaculate and the staff have become our family. The villa is located in this beautiful cove on the beach where there are about 10 or so other villas on a private, gated community. What was not clear from the description is that the staff does not live inside of the house. There is a small little guest house on the property where I believe one of the staff members stays. The other staff comes every day in the morning and stays until mid afternoon or so. If you're worried about the staff being around, do not be. they are all delightful and are accommodating to whether you want them around or not... But I have to say having them around is a very special treat. The food is absolutely perfection. The main bedroom is massive, with access directly to the deck & each bathroom is exquisite. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have doors that open directly to the back of the house. Where the pool, deck, and beach are.The bedroom with the two queen beds does not have any access to the outside directly from the bedroom,so that's actually a great bedroom for kids. Although our two daughters who are in their 20s enjoyed that room. The 4th bedroom is in the front of the house right by the front door and has a beautiful private patio but does not have a view of the beach. We absolutely will be back."
