“Marlon and a young lady at the bar by the entrance were Awesome. They helped made my stat Wonderful.I can't pronounce her name that is why I can't spell it ( it begins with the letter T). Very unique name. She is short and fixed her special drink. If you ask her I am sure she would remember who I am. That is what I drank everytime I went to there. My glass was never empty. I really did not run into any staff that was was not pleasant. Awesome Job everyone. ”

“The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back ”

“The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. “A little tough to check in we had reserved two beds but none available, arrived evening. no help that night got a cot put in the room for the rest of the stay. except for the front desk people. everyone else was great. tips help ”

“The Grand Lido was nice. Pool has missing tiles that need replacing. Patio screen is too loose. Room service was the worst! Order never right. Order never confirmed as they were overwhelmed. Food takes too long too receive. More food options are needed for room service and restaurants. NO MORE INSTANT POTATOES!! Bartenders are not great at making drinks. They need training bad! Grand Lido staff were amazing! I will try again. I hope this review finds its way to actions. Food and drinks are……

“The staff are lovely, very attentive and helpful. The place is amazing, I love the way in which the lodge is built into the rocks and around the trees, so natural and authentic, wonderful.
