“It was a great time! Power went out due to a tornado 3 miles down the street, while we were all in shelter, and the staff was amazing and handled it really well! Would highly recommend staying here!”

“Got hit by a tornado during my stay but that wasn't the hotel's fault. That aside, bed was extremely comfortable and had the best sleep I've had in a while. Apart from the tornado in the middle of the night, of course.”

“The staff were very friendly. They were very helpful. Unfortunately overnight huge storm knocked out electricity and downed trees around the property. We were better off than just across the interstate where buildings were leveled. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They handled it very professionally. ”

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……
