“There was no lamp or clock in the room. I like to have a reading light next to the bed. There was only two electrical outlets in the room . ”

“I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. ”

“We loved the art installation. Very interesting and fun place to stay, within walking distance of Crystal Bridges. People were very nice, The only negative is the lack of a drive up area to offload and load people or bags - especially in the rain.”

“Felt it was clean and safe. Breakfast choices very limited. Small parking area. Could hear people upstairs very easily.”

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……

“For an older building, it was in remarkable shape. Rooms clean and i was suprised by having a kitchenette. Little noisy but it was iff I49.... overall i am satisfied and will probably use again end of month”
