“I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains. “Worse place to stay ever. Since the moment you walk in it stinks like a public bathroom. The lobby is outdated. Please do Not trust the enhanced pictures shown there! It looks like if you are back in the 60s. The beds are super uncomfortable at a level like if you are sleeping on a piece of brick with a sheet on it. The AC is totally useless. And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.
