"So the room I was in had a broken heater that made an obnoxious noise when it was on leaving me to turn it off. No extra blankets in the room. The room also had what looked like a roach trap in the corner by the desk…there was also a bad odor in the hallway. Experience itself wasn’t bad the front end desk attendants were nice and had a sense of humor and helpful with my travel questions. "

"Extremely clean, well appointed room & very friendly staff. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know about the extra fee for using a credit card. I think it was 3.95%. It seems that more & more businesses are doing this these days. In my opinion it is a cost of doing business & the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it. How are you supposed to pay a hotel stay without a credit card? You can’t carry that much cash on vacation. "

"We found the home to be very clean and things were as expected. It took us about 5 minutes to get into Alamosa. The property that the trailer is on is not super well kept but the house is. I wish the bed in the master bedroom would have been a queen bed instead of a full and had more comfortable sheets. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The living room is really comfortable. The host responded to us very quickly when we reached out to them during our stay."
