“Check in was brilliant. The staff allowed us to check in very early and get ready for a wedding we were attending near by. We were given complementary drinks, which was very kind of them. Our room was decorated beautifully with all of the amenities you’d need for a few nights stay. I feel like the breakfast could’ve been better. The only juice available was apple. The only fruit was watermelon or banana. A wider selection of juices and fruit, along with some pastries, would make it the……

“Quaint and characterful 400-year-old inn in a gorgeous rural setting. Excellent for families. Beautiful part of the world. We enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and evening meal, two beer gardens and the serene wall across the fields to the next pub along (Fox) and back one evening. Every member of staff we spoke to went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and customer service. They really are an exemplary team and definitely make you want to return!
