Good for the price paid but definitely could use some improvements. The outside, side door was unlocked which felt a little unsafe. The smell of Indian food each time we entered was very strong - need better ventilation for smells and moisture. Tub dripped and was cracked - sink cracked/chipped as well. Carpet stained and felt grimy and damp underfoot.

Older property but maintained. Always a good nights rest. Have stayed many times; very reasonably priced. The breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, variety of pastries, cereal and yogurt.
