"This place is amazing! We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights in May. We were given a conplimentary room upgrade because we were celebrating a special occasion, and we were able to add an extra night into our stay abd stay in the same room. We absolutely fell in love with the place. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights, but added on an extra night and the staff kindly arranged it so that we could stay in the same room. "A one night stay whilst visiting Bath and Bristol. A little bit dated in corridors and our room. Had a lovely evening meal in their restaurant and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful we would stay again."

"Lovely hotel, well located in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists. Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Air conditioning was a bonus given that we visited for a long (and very warm) weekend. Hotel was under 15 minute walk from bus and train stations."

"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "

"This was ideal for us with a baby and a little Yorkshire Terrier. Room was fine. Very clean. The bar area and lounge was lovely, overlooking the sea. Fantastic views. We had a snacky sandwich tea and the baby had a child menu curry, which was fab. I Would definitely book this hotel again. "
