“The room was spacious and very very clean. Everything was handled through texting for check in and out which was convenient. Loved the private beach access and the pool/hot tub. My husband and I will for sure be back! ”

“ April 26-29 2024……Awesome beachfront!!! Staff cleaning up from prior weeks storm which washed sand dunes into parking lot…. Accommodations were made for parking. Staff was working to remedy situation. Restaurants a short walk and grocery stores and bait store nearby a short drive by car…our room was a king with kitchenette accessible by 2 flights of stairs…. No elevators….basic kitchen supplies… dishes… pots toaster and coffee makers kerig and standard… no cutting board…soap and dish towel……

“Could not say, I had to leave the area after staying 1hr due to work priorities, and did not have chance to shower or sleep at location. The contact I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating. ”

“Very nice condo, comfortable and clean. The stairs not a problem for us but be aware it is the top floor. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. We choose the place for the location and proximity to the windsurfing location. This is right where OBX-Wind is held and right next to Ocean Air shop. Windsurfer perspective on location - while it……
