“This property is very spacious and nicely equipped in the kitchen . very nice dishes and cookware. Not the usual cheap cookware often seen on beach rentals. Every room had a closet plus dressers. Laundry in the unit was great. It is one of tje best moderately priced beach rentals I have ever visited and I have been vacationing in Avon NC for over 20 years. “Very nice condo, comfortable and clean. The stairs not a problem for us but be aware it is the top floor. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. “We met up with our daughters as we all live in different states. This cottage had everything we needed for a quick long weekend trip. We arrived ahead of our girls. There were beach chairs, kayak and all the items that we didn’t have to bring. Retail and restaurant’s are in walking distance. There is a bar/ restaurant across the street. You do not hear the outside noise from within the house. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.”

Needs better cleaning, tub was not cleaned well, grim and build up around pull bar in shower under side of tub spout was nasty and broken, Dirty women’s underwear found in main room, dresser was broken. Drawer face was in closet no attempt to fix. Under the beds were dirty. Furniture is severely broken down.”

“The property was brand new and clean. The host Sergey was real helpful and answered every question I had. The only faults about the house is the furniture the futon was not comfortable it needs a couch or something softer so you can enjoy watching TV in the evening and needs a bigger kitchen table. I don't know how they would do it but it also needs some sort of stove but I guess it's just not big enough to put one in there. Overall it was a great stay and very clean”

“Excellent April vacation. Very quiet, safe, and just a few steps to the beach. Highly recommend. Lots of space inside for 2 families. The bedroom wings, both with full baths makes privacy easy. ”
