“A lovely location w responsive host. A great base for seeing the area. One of the beds lacked cushioning so we made do with the others but overall accommodated our party of 12. We could not find the sofa bed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wildlife in back yard. It was just a few steps to the lake from the great fire ring. Showers could have been cleaner, noted a bit of mold. The house had seen a lot of visitors prior to our party and we let the host know of damage we found. We appreciated the……

“The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house.”
