“My friend and I booked our trip somewhat last minute but Brian and Elizabeth were very prompt to message with all the required information for check-in. They also checked in with us the morning of our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well stocked with absolutely everything you would need and was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the space as well, overall a great experience!”

“We LOVED our stay here. We arrived to a warm welcome with wine, chocolates and a welcome sign! Our host was so nice, and communications with her were seamless. The house was really comfy with everything we needed - great bed included and a well-appointed kitchen! The salt water pool, with views over the ocean, was really special. “The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic. “This is a beautiful home and better than the pictures. We loved the attention of detail that was added to the decor that made it feel like home. We were really surprised to see a Christmas tree set up for us when we arrived on Christmas Day. Really loved all the rooms and updated appliances from a convection oven, induction stove and double drawer dishwasher. Ben was always available and even had someone come to the house to help us flip a breaker to the tv within an hour, on Christmas……

“The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.”

“This place is absolutely a gem. We were amazed by everything. Beautiful and fancy. Everything available. Like EVERYTHING. Check in was at 4 and we got there at 1 and the host let us in easily. She is the kindest host I’ve ever seen. The hot tub was amazing and so did the bbq. Many rooms and a huge media room. There was only one thing: We got a noise notice at 7 pm and also at 11 pm which was weird because we made absolutely no noise. The neighbours reported for no reason as if we are partying.……

“Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.”
