“My friend and I booked our trip somewhat last minute but Brian and Elizabeth were very prompt to message with all the required information for check-in. They also checked in with us the morning of our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well stocked with absolutely everything you would need and was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the space as well, overall a great experience!”

“We had a small wedding and we absolutely loved being able to use the beautiful grounds for the ceremony and also being able to enjoy the spa for the rest of the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.”

“The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.”

We walked the waterfront park and went to breakfast at a local cafe. It's a relatively easy 30-minute drive to downtown Montreal.”

“Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.”

“We stayed at this property over our wedding weekend and I have been consistently blown away. The host, Kathy is SO lovely and welcoming and so easy to communicate with. The property is even more beautiful in person. We ended up taking some of our wedding photos here because it was so breathtaking. “We LOVED our stay here. We arrived to a warm welcome with wine, chocolates and a welcome sign! Our host was so nice, and communications with her were seamless. The house was really comfy with everything we needed - great bed included and a well-appointed kitchen! The salt water pool, with views over the ocean, was really special. “The place was just fine but there were no cooking utensils and only two (plastic) bowls and forks. It was not possible to cook what we intended to without shopping for cooking utensils (ie there was no spatula, no wooden spoons, etc). Kitchen supplies were very sparse despite the listing saying that there were fuLl kitchen amenities. The place was nice and. Spacious. Directions as to where the door is to access the suite was not provided and would have been helpful.”

“Three families traveled to Toronto for a funeral. Online description says its stylish but in fact its dated. Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. Kitchen had basics only however there were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven, no tea towels, limited knives and no wine glasses. Beds all had comforters but no top sheets. “The place was overall fine and the interactions with the property owner was great as they were very responsive. Positives: Location-10 to 15 mins from Grand Bend Beach and from Pinery provincial park. Screened patio in the back was great as we could sit out at night and not get bitten alive by mosquitoes. Not so Positive Garbage was not cleared out from the previous group No/exremely limited pots and pans, we had to go and buy some while there Things to keep in mind: It says sleeps 20 but……

“The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. “The ad is a little misleading as it says it's a one bedroom good for up to five people. It's not a one bedroom but rather a studio. There were four of us staying, two adults and two children and there was barely room for all of us so five is definitely a stretch. There is no spa whirlpool, despite stating in the listing that there was. A little awkward that people in the main house were watching us while in the pool.
