"It was a great stay. Very accessible. Everything was in walking distance. The property was very clean and comfortable but there was an issue of a smoking smell coming into the unit. We are not sure where it was coming from, but that made the stay uncomfortable. We did reach out to complain and they immediately got a humidifier brought it to make it better. It was a bit helpful but the smoke still did not go away. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Would definately stay here next time."

"Hotel was quiet clean and nice. Room clean roomy snd had all conveniences. Entertainment package was hreat good instructions to use tv etc. Pool and hot tub are were awesome. Door code dudnt eirk originally at check'in but guy onsite helped us with new code immediately. "

"Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very...

"Love that the resort was understanding of our need to arrive at a later date because of Transportation issues. Our condo was so comfortable, and the large screen and fireplace in the loft area were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish the restaurant had been opened… maybe next time."
