"This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The house is spacious and slept our party of six comfortably. We especially appreciated the open layout of the common area inside, which provided ample room for us to gather in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor area and especially loved the corn hole set provided. The property was well-appointed both inside and out with a good array of cookware, plenty of linens and pool towels, and several entertainment amenities including streaming services and board games. Parking was ample and the carport offered a nice option for us to load and unload with quick and easy access to the door. While we were originally concerned about the long-term tenants on property, the layout is such that we never saw or heard them and, in fact, forgot about them completely for most of our stay. Christian's hospitality was unparalleled; he checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay, left some niceties in the fridge for which we were especially grateful given our late evening arrival, and was incredibly responsive. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a conveniently located, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay in the Athens area!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We were in town for my daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia, and it was so nice to have a home to hang out in rather than being in hotel rooms. We were comfortable and able to spread out. Also, it is far enough out in the country to be quiet and away from the busyness of Athens, but you can be downtown in 15 minutes. Douglas was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions. He is an excellent host, and I would highly recommend his home to other friends and family."

"We stayed for 5 days. Golfed a few and went to the Master's golf tournament. The location was great. Close to golf courses and fa enough away from the Master's to have a reasonable price for accommodations. Everything was as described. We will stay again if we manage to get tickets to the golf tournament again."

"Myself and three friends stayed here for our 20th reunion. The house was spacious and tastefully decorated (and smelled so good!). The beds were SUPER comfortable. We had a problem with the internet connection upon check-in, but the host was very quick to respond and sent a repairman come to fix it. We couldn’t have stayed in a better house."
