When we decided to look, we knew of the location, but the search took us to hotels.com. It was a little misleading to us because we thought foe the cost we would have an outdoor patio. “This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

“The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”

“Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again ”
