“I've stayed here a number of times over the years and found they have made noticable improvements recently, possibly with anticipation of the eclipse which I'm getting ready to watch right now. The beds are excellent, the towels and bedding are fresh and maintenance responded promptly when a minor adjustment was needed for the toilet seat. They even provided a "survival pack" for eclipse travelers with water and snacks, a very pleasant surprise. I travel to this area fairly often, and plan to……

“Nice pool and hot tub”

“Property very clean and cute. Decorated as a a fairytale cottage. Our biggest complaint it was not advertised - The cottage had a spiral staircase to second bathroom and 3 bedrooms We are seniors and the staircase was hard to navigate. The only other complaint no bedroom had a bedside lamp or light. Each had a stand but no lamp. This made it difficult to see at night if you needed to find the bathroom. But over all a nice house nice location”

“It was a great place for our group to gather to watch the eclipse, and then visit with each other afterwards. Very historic house with potential to be even more grand if renovations continue. The gazebo is nice. The yard would be even better with a garden or flowering trees. We enjoyed exploring the house. So much room!”

“What a cute place! I really enjoyed staying in Starr Loft. I was in Richmond for just a couple days to graduate, but really enjoyed everything. The loft is lovely and inviting! And the ice cream place on the corner is yummy. Coffee and breakfast at Roscoe’s was a treat!”

“This home is in a cute quiet neighborhood and was perfectly appointed. While we didn’t have a chance to use the backyard fire pit area we sure wanted to. We appreciated the coffee and basket of snacks provided. This was the perfect place for us and only 35 minutes from Oxford.”
